invite Using Invite Link
You must provide accurate account information and use the service only for lawful, respectful invitations. You remain responsible for invitation content, media rights and the people with whom you share a link.
Plans and payments
Free invitations include Invite Link credit and may include one contextual sponsor at the end. Essential and Premium are one-time purchases for one invitation. Bespoke work is governed by the written quote accepted for that project.
Publishing and availability
Published links are designed for event communication, not permanent archival storage. We may restrict content that is unlawful, deceptive, abusive or harmful, and may temporarily limit access to protect the service from abuse.
Guest information
Invitation owners may use RSVP information only to manage the stated event. Selling, unrelated marketing or unauthorized disclosure of guest details is prohibited.
Intellectual property
You retain rights to content you provide. Invite Link retains rights to its platform, templates, interactions, visual system and software. A plan purchase grants use for the applicable invitation; it does not transfer template ownership.
Service limitations
We work to keep invitations available and secure, but internet and third-party services can experience interruptions. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected invitation to the extent permitted by law.
